Welcoming, informative and attentive staff. The location is perfect and it has everything you need within close proximity. Gorgeous bakeries and coffee shops, the metro is 50 metres from the hotel and it's only 4 short stops to city. You can also walk to Las Ramblas too if you are feeling fit! It's great to come back to the hotel peace and quiet of an evening after the crowds of Barcelona. The room is spacious, really comfortable king single beds, excellent quality bed linen, our room was facing the street and it was still really quiet. The air-conditioning is fantastic and was really needed during Barcelona's extreme heat. Plus you can also open the window for fresh air. There is also a minibar fridge in the room. Great bathroom with excellent hot water pressure in the shower. The bathroom has a power oulet and built in hairdryer. Extra large towels. The bathroom and bedroom are separated by a door and entry passageway. Super fast Internet speed and smart TV. YouTube is available on the TV and you can also Chromecast to the TV from your devices, both Apple and Android. The hotel is exceptionally clean, our room was cleaned every day and provided with fresh towels. Would we return to the hotel again when in Barcelona? Definitely, it's great value for money and has everything you need.

Great hotel in a very nice neighborhood. I stayed for a night and I appreciated the comfortable bed, the friendly staff and the nice surroundings. It's very near mercado de Sant-Gervasi, plaza de la Bonanova, some very nice gardens and many shops and restaurants without being too overcrowded, as the center is. From there you can easily reach the cable car going to the Tibidabo church and attraction park. I was really happy about the cleanliness of the room and the general service and I will definitely consider coming back and recommend it to my friends!

I got a room upgrade as soon as I arrived, and the staff were super friendly. The room was comfortable and quite big. It was cleaned everyday and there were complementary waters in the mini fridge, which in the heat of Barcelona, you will definitely need. The temperature in the room was very nice everyday, never felt hot. There is a bus stop and a FGC train stop near the hotel. The staff helped me with entertainment and booking tickets for the tourist bus and the Sagrada Família.

Miriam who was at the front desk, she really is the queen of customer service. I originally asked for high floor and she gave it to us. However my senior husband wanted a lower floor, I did not know this when I booked. Miriam, moved us right away to a lower room, just as comfortable, airconditioned, with toiletries, however, easier for my husband to manage because of his back. The room were cleaned daily, coffee and snack available all day. Breakfast and dinner delicious on premise. Miriam, rest of front desk staff, cleaning/maintenance and restaurant staff especially the restaurant managers always available to help. Also, the neighnorhood is fulll of all types of delicious eateries, interesting shops, flea market on Wednesday, library and Spainsh magic...Close to transportaion to get you anywhere you want to go in Barcelona. Every few blocks a quaint litle neigbohod pops up.. Great Hairdressers "Pelo&Co across the street, reasonable and talented hair care. Grocery stores, roasted chickens, I could go on, but got to go.
